Veekay's Backstory
Long ago, I apprenticed to a very clumsy witch who had a habit of miscasting things and blowing up her shack more times than she could count. Ever wondered where I got my egg? She tried to summon breakfast for us one morning and now the egg is permanently stuck on my head.
Another mishap turned me into a cat when she tried to shrink me to fetch some pearls that rolled under her couch. The change wasn’t permanent, but if I bite my lip the cat ears pop up. That's quite the magical fang, eh?
On my way to her hut one mornign, I found the cutest kitten and brought it along. That day, the witch attempted a simple cloud spell to water her plants and accidentally transformed the kitten into a little ghost cloud instead.
The witch, who had a loving pet bird who is terrified of ghosts (yes ghosts, not cats), begged me to take it! So I did, and named it Phasmo (short for phasmophobia).
I eventually left the apprentice life behind to make art and play games, with Phasmo floating by my side. ♥
